Local program, developed in Romania as part of the #YOUthEmpowered initiative, launched by the Coca-Cola HBC Group with the objective of increasing the chances of youths aged 18 to 25, from the NEET (Not Employed, in Education or Training) category, to become active on the labor market.
The program is coordinated and implemented by The Social Incubator, declared winner following a call for applications launched in April 2017.
The review of the first year of implementation indicates the following results:
